1. Provider
Wordiz: Word Game is provided by Insya Games (insya) from Türkiye. Contact: info@insya.net.
These terms govern use of Wordiz. Privacy practices are explained separately in the Privacy Policy. Accepting a privacy notice does not automatically provide consent for processing that requires a separate permission.
2. Game and access
Wordiz offers play against the computer, two-player duels on one device, blitz, solo mode, the daily board and online duels. Matches can be played with a Turkish, English, Spanish or German word list. Online features require an internet connection and our server to be available; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The game's word list determines accepted moves. It does not guarantee acceptance of every current usage or grammatical variation, linguistic correctness, a learning outcome or suitability as an official examination reference.
Legal capacity or parental/guardian permission requirements in your country apply. Store age ratings, intended audience and advertising settings are assessed separately from these terms.
3. License
You may use the app for personal use in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. Software, artwork, branding and other content belong to the provider or their respective rights holders. Third-party component licenses remain applicable.
Unless the store expressly states otherwise, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the iOS app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms are not presented as a replacement custom Apple EULA. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Username and conduct
A username is generated automatically and can be edited. When you use online features, your name and avatar are visible to other players. Do not use offensive, hateful or impersonating names; do not cheat, play with automated tools or interfere with the server. We may change names, remove accounts from rankings or close accounts that break these rules. Free-text chat is not available.
Subject to uses permitted by applicable law, do not redistribute the app without permission, introduce malicious code or misuse security controls. Third-party licensed assets retain their respective protections.
5. Advertising, prices and links
Wordiz contains ads. Ad content and availability may vary by provider, region and permissions. Products reached through ads or external links are offered by the advertiser or relevant third party; review that service's terms before purchasing.
These terms do not state that the app is free in every region or that an ad-free edition is offered. Any download price is shown by the store. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, price, renewal/cancellation and scope will be disclosed before purchase. Store payment/refund rules and mandatory rights apply.
Advertising, external links and updates may require internet access and incur data usage. No particular ad frequency or restriction to particular screens is promised unless expressly stated.
6. Saves and changes
Local matches and preferences are stored on your device; online duels and rankings are kept on our server. You can delete your online account in Settings at any time. No server backup is provided for local data. Clearing app data, losing a device, backup settings or technical problems may cause loss of progress. Operating-system backups have their own conditions.
Updates may fix errors or improve the game. Material changes to these terms will carry a new date, with additional notice or consent where required. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory legal rights.
7. Responsibility and rights
We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation on every device. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence and other legally non-excludable matters is preserved. No exclusion is intended beyond what applicable law permits.
8. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies in your place of residence remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer rights.
