In the app: Settings → Online account → Delete my account. Once you confirm, your online account is deleted from our server immediately and permanently:
- your username, avatar and game language,
- your rating, win/loss counts and daily board scores,
- your session key and notification tokens.
Your opponents win your ongoing duels; moves in finished duels remain without your name. Server access logs are deleted automatically within 14 days.
By email: If you can't access the app, email info@insya.net with the subject "Wordiz data deletion" and include your in-game username. We complete requests within 30 days.
Data on your device: Local matches, settings and records stay only on your device and are removed when you delete the app. For data held by our ad provider (Google AdMob), use Google's privacy tools.
