Having trouble or have a suggestion? Email info@insya.net with the subject "Wordiz support". If you can, include your device model, the app version (Settings → About) and how the problem happened. We usually reply within a few business days.
Why wasn't my word accepted? Each language's word list decides which words are valid. You can tell us about a word you think should be included.
My online opponent isn't moving. Each player has 48 hours per move. When the time runs out, the turn passes automatically.
I don't get notifications. Check that duel notifications are on in Settings → Notifications and that Wordiz is allowed to send notifications in your operating-system settings.
About ads. Wordiz is free and supported by ads. There are no banner ads; rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one. If you see an inappropriate ad, send us a screenshot and the approximate time.
